the Grand Canal with a superb view of the Rialto Bridge. One

living room balcony-windows. Palazzo Benzon was built in the
17th century by the Counts Benzon. It is very famous for the
the literary circle that was once presided over by Marina
Querini-Benzon and frequented by Canova, Lord Byron, Foscolo
and Stendhal.
The apartment you have chosen offers a breathtaking view of
some of the most famous palaces that lay just before your
eyes.
The "mezzanine" apartment on the first floor comfortably
accommodates up to four people. There is one bright master
bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with
bathtub, dine-in kitchen, dining room, spacious living room
and storage room. Private entry.

LOCATION -
 This
apartment is near the Fenice Theatre and Campo Santo Stefano,
not far from Accademia Museum and Palazzo Grassi.
The Grand Canal is in front of the apartment while the closest
water boat stop is only 100 yards from the flat. From there
it is simple to take one of the Venetian public boats, the
vaporetti, and visit the rest of Venice and/or take a trip
to the Lido or one of the other islands such as Murano, Burano,
Torcello and the Lido. |

CANCELLATION IN THE TERMS:
At the moment of the offer a cancellation term is communicated
to the customer. In case of cancellation before the established
term nothing will be charged.
CANCELLATION OUT OF TERMS
OR NO SHOW: In case of cancellation after
the established term or "no show" made by the
customer, hotelier will be able to charge the credit card
applying the penalty communicated at the moment of the reservation.

above conditions.

Nothing will be charged to the customers at the moment of
the reservation. Credit cards will be charged only in case
of cancellation out of terms or for "no show".
Payment will be done at arrival in Venice in accordance
with the agreement chose both by customers and hoteliers.
Normally payment by credit card, cash or travellers' cheques
are welcome.
