The apartment is part of a XVII century palace in the San
Polo area of Venice. It is reached through a beautiful and
typically Venetian courtyard with an external stone flight
of steps. These steps lead to the 2nd floors where a well
furnished entrance introduces you to the apartment.
The flat itself consists of a double bedroom, a fully equipped
kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath, and finally a living
room furnished in the Venetian style, and with a 19 foot high
beamed ceiling. From the living room’s two large windows
one looks directly into the internal courtyard. There is also
a charming view of Venetian rooftops and of the Frari Church
bell tower. The Venetian marble floor is also one of the many
attractive features of the Manin apartment which, despite
its being in the centre of Venice, is also remarkably quiet
and only 7 minutes on foot from the Rialto Bridge. Nearby,
in Campo San Giacomo da l'Orio, there are many typical Venetian
restaurants and wine bars.
LOCATION -
 This
apartment is between main Campo San Polo and characteristical
Campo San Giacomo da l'Orio, not far from Frari Church and
SCuola Grande di San Rocco, that keeps Tintoretto's paintings.
The Grand Canal is only 300 yards from the flat. From there
it is simple to take one of the Venetian public boats, the
vaporetti, and visit the rest of Venice and/or take a trip
to the Lido or one of the other islands such as Murano, Burano,
or Torcello. |

from 90 to 140 € for 2 people; from 110 to 160 € for 3 people.
SERVICES:

CHECK IN AND OUT:
from 12 am (if not booked the night before) to 8 pm; after
8 pm to 12 pm there's a 30 € to be paid for incoming

CANCELLATION IN THE TERMS:
At the moment of the offer a cancellation term is communicated
to the customer. In case of cancellation before the established
term nothing will be charged.
CANCELLATION OUT OF TERMS
OR NO SHOW: In case of cancellation after
the established term or "no show" made by the
customer, hotelier will be able to charge the credit card
applying the penalty communicated at the moment of the reservation.
Customers, by using IN WORLD HOTELS service, read and accept
above conditions.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY CREDIT CARD?: IN
WORLD HOTELS keeps in a safe server the personal data provided
by the customers at the moment of the reservation placing
them at hoteliers' disposal for reservation management.
Nothing will be charged to the customers at the moment of
the reservation. Credit cards will be charged only in case
of cancellation out of terms or for "no show".
Payment will be done at arrival in Venice in accordance
with the agreement chose both by customers and hoteliers.
Normally payment by credit card, cash or travellers' cheques
are welcome.
