Apartment fully furnished with Poor Art (solid wood) situated
only 100 meters far from the Venice Biennal entrance at S.
Elena Gardens and 10 minutes by walking from Saint Mark that
is easy reachable with boats leaving in front of the flat.
The flat is composed by 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom,
bathroom, kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed.
A very nice view on a green area facing the S. Mark's basin
will accompanying your stay at Castello apartment.
The surrounding area is one of the last place in Venice where
is possible to breath an original Venetian atmosphere; Arsenale,
S. Pietro di Castello's Church, Naval Museum are just a part
of the highlights of this Sestiere you'll be able to visit.
LOCATION -
 This
apartment is located inside Castello District not far from
the main via Garibaldi street where several Venitian restaurant
and shops are located. From here it's possible to get to the
Biennal of Art with a 3 minutes walk, a little bit more to
get to Giardini, one of the most fascinating green area of
Venice.
In front of the flat there's a water boat stop that allow
the guests to easily join eery other area of Venice or the
Lido island in less than 10 minutes. |

FARES:
from 90 to 140 € for 2 people; from 110 to 160 € for 3 people.
SERVICES:
Private Bathroom with shower and hairdryer, Sheets, Blankets
& Towels, Equipped Kitchen with fridge and cooker, Cutlery
set, Pots, Washing Machine, Heating, Air Conditioning.
CHECK IN AND OUT:
from 12 am (if not booked the night before) to 8 pm; after
8 pm to 12 pm there's a 30 € to be paid for incoming
service.

CANCELLATION IN THE TERMS:
At the moment of the offer a cancellation term is communicated
to the customer. In case of cancellation before the established
term nothing will be charged.
CANCELLATION OUT OF TERMS
OR NO SHOW: In case of cancellation after
the established term or "no show" made by the
customer, hotelier will be able to charge the credit card
applying the penalty communicated at the moment of the reservation.
Customers, by using IN WORLD HOTELS service, read and accept
above conditions.

gives the possibility to their customers to provide their
personal data in a safe web site protected by SSL technology

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY CREDIT CARD?: IN
WORLD HOTELS keeps in a safe server the personal data provided
by the customers at the moment of the reservation placing
them at hoteliers' disposal for reservation management.
Nothing will be charged to the customers at the moment of
the reservation. Credit cards will be charged only in case
of cancellation out of terms or for "no show".
Payment will be done at arrival in Venice in accordance
with the agreement chose both by customers and hoteliers.
Normally payment by credit card, cash or travellers' cheques
are welcome.
