Venitian apartment 90 sq. metres large located
on the first floor of a palace situated near Campo S. Giacomo
da l’Orio. Through an entrance door on the ground floor
the guest enters in a nice and typical Venitian columned court
where a stair leads to the upper floors.
The flat has a large salon embellished with
frescoed wall, high and sunny gothic windows,
Venetian marble floors and 4.5-metres-high
ceiling. The furniture is partly in antique Venetian
style with two Murano chandeliers,
an antique dining-table with six chairs, an eighteenth-century
bureau, an ovalmirror, a chest, a piece of furniture of the
‘Thirties, two estatues, five antique paintings,
a big sofa and two armchairs, a modern bookcase with TV and
videorecorder. The rest of the apartment is furnished in modern
style. The kitchen, with floors tiled of
Italian cotto, is provided with a fridge and a freezer, an
oven, cookers and a washing machine. The bathroom
has a tub with a shower attachment. The sleeping area
has parquet floors; a double bedroom
with a double bed with two night-tables, a wardrobe, an armchair
and nice wicker big baskets; the twin bedroom
has two single beds with a night-table, two low wardrobes
and a two-doors wardrobe.
LOCATION -
Apartment Ca' Orio is located inside the central and characteristic
Santa Croce district nearby San Giacomo da l'Orio,
a square well known and loved by Venitian people; here it's
also possible to find useful shops as grouceries,
tobacconists, supermarket, wineries
and restaurants. A bank
where get some money cash is also present.
From here it's possible to reach Rialto area in 10 minutes
by foot; Grand Canal, where it's possible to use the public
boat service to reach any other area of Venice, is just 3
minutes away. |

CANCELLATION IN THE TERMS:
At the moment of the offer a cancellation term is communicated
to the customer. In case of cancellation before the established
term nothing will be charged.
CANCELLATION OUT OF TERMS
OR NO SHOW: In case of cancellation after
the established term or "no show" made by the
customer, the manager will be able to charge the credit
card applying the penalty communicated at the moment of
the reservation.

Credit cards will be charged only in case of cancellation

done at arrival in Venice in accordance with the agreement
chose both by customers and managers. Normally payment by
