floors: on the second one (3rd and last of the palace) you
can find the living room with very high ceiling (4 meters),
the terrace and a very good furnished kitchen; on the first
one (2nd floor of the palace) there are two double rooms,
a bathroom with shower and another one with Jacuzzi. Equipped
with all the modern comforts (air conditioned, TV sat, Jacuzzi).

- The apartment is situated in Campo S. Marina, near Rialto
Bridge (2 minutes walking distance) and S. Maria Formosa
Square, where there is the famous Querini Stampalia Foundation.
The location, strategic for all the famous touristy attractions
(St. Mark' s Square is at 5 minutes walking distance) will
make unforgettable your stay! |

1.500 to 1.950 € for a week for 2 up to 4 people depending
on the period of the year.

CANCELLATION IN THE TERMS:
At the moment of the offer a cancellation term is communicated
to the customer. In case of cancellation before the established
term nothing will be charged.
CANCELLATION OUT OF TERMS
OR NO SHOW: In case of cancellation after
the established term or "no show" made by the
customer, the manager will be able to charge the credit
card applying the penalty communicated at the moment of
the reservation.

above conditions.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY CREDIT CARD?: IN

by the customers at the moment of the reservation placing
them at managers' disposal for reservation management. Nothing
will be charged to the customers at the moment of the reservation.
Credit cards will be charged only in case of cancellation
out of terms or for "no show". Payment will be
done at arrival in Venice in accordance with the agreement
chose both by customers and managers. Normally payment by
credit card, cash or travellers' cheques are welcome. |
