The apartment is around 150 square metres and it's been completely
refurbished; it's hosted on the second floor of a luxury entirely
restored building. It is opened on 3 sides and by the windows
you can enjoy the canal, a beautiful Venetian garden and many
palaces.
It is composed by an entrance, a spacious living room with
fire-place and 3 large windows with a balcony which overlooks
the channel, 3 double bedrooms (one of them overlooks the
channel and another one overlooks the garden), another living
room with sofa, 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with tub),
spacious kitchen.
It is furnished with elegant furniture and provided with satellite
TV.
Paisiello is able to accommodate up to 6 people, also available
for 4 people.
LOCATION -
 Campo
Sant' Agostino is really close to the water bus stops of San
Tomà and San Stae along Grand Canal, to the gondola dock of
San Tomà and Rialto Bridge, not far from the bus and Railway
Station, few minutes far from the famous Rialto Seafood Market.
Nearby there are churches, museums, campi, the University
and also some restaurants, Venitian bars and craftsmen's shops.

200 to 230 € for 4 people; from 300 to 320 € for 6 people.

CHECK IN AND OUT:
from 12 am (if not booked the night before) to 8 pm; after
8 pm to 12 pm there's a 30 € to be paid for incoming
service.

CANCELLATION IN THE TERMS:
At the moment of the offer a cancellation term is communicated
to the customer. In case of cancellation before the established
term nothing will be charged.
CANCELLATION OUT OF TERMS
OR NO SHOW: In case of cancellation after
the established term or "no show" made by the
customer, hotelier will be able to charge the credit card
applying the penalty communicated at the moment of the reservation.
Customers, by using IN WORLD HOTELS service, read and accept
above conditions.
SECURE RESERVATION SYSTEM: IN WORLD HOTELS
gives the possibility to their customers to provide their
personal data in a safe web site protected by SSL technology
encripted at 128 bit. All our web sites have been certificated
by COMPLETE SSL, company that certificates web sites respecting
safety regulations to guarantee the customers on line.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY CREDIT CARD?: IN
WORLD HOTELS keeps in a safe server the personal data provided
by the customers at the moment of the reservation placing
them at hoteliers' disposal for reservation management.
Nothing will be charged to the customers at the moment of
the reservation. Credit cards will be charged only in case
of cancellation out of terms or for "no show".
Payment will be done at arrival in Venice in accordance
with the agreement chose both by customers and hoteliers.
Normally payment by credit card, cash or travellers' cheques
are welcome.
