Apartment is located inside the Dorsoduro district, just few
minutes on foot from the famous Salute Church, a Baldassarre
Longhena's project, where a public boat stop allows you to reach
Saint Mark's Square in less than 3 minutes (just 1 stop).
This apartment is on the third floor and it's about 110 sq.
mts large and composed of a double room, 2 single room, 2 bathrooms
with shower and tub, a large livingroom with an amazing view
on Zattere channel and Giudecca island.
The double room has a very nice view on Salute's Dome and Venitian
roof as well as 1 single room. While the other single room is
linked to the small balcony appearing at the channel.
The livingroom has 2 sofas that can be converted changed in
2 comfortable double beds.
LOCATION -
A beautiful view on Zattere channel and a quiet atmosphere
will accompanying your stay in Venice. From here you can easily
reach every part of Venice as there're also landing-stages
for public boats (called "vaporetto" in Venice)
less than 300 meters far from the apartment on the Zattere
shore. |

CANCELLATION IN THE TERMS:
At the moment of the offer a cancellation term is communicated
to the customer. In case of cancellation before the established
term nothing will be charged.
CANCELLATION OUT OF TERMS
OR NO SHOW: In case of cancellation after
the established term or "no show" made by the
customer, hotelier will be able to charge the credit card
applying the penalty communicated at the moment of the reservation.
Customers, by using IN WORLD HOTELS service, read and accept
above conditions.

gives the possibility to their customers to provide their

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY CREDIT CARD?: IN
WORLD HOTELS keeps in a safe server the personal data provided
by the customers at the moment of the reservation placing
them at hoteliers' disposal for reservation management.
Nothing will be charged to the customers at the moment of
the reservation. Credit cards will be charged only in case
of cancellation out of terms or for "no show".
Payment will be done at arrival in Venice in accordance
with the agreement chose both by customers and hoteliers.
Normally payment by credit card, cash or travellers' cheques
are welcome.
